We’re here to talk about the much-anticipated annual Tichigan Lake Lions Club car show taking place on August 25th in Waterford, Wisconsin. Devin shares some impressive numbers—last year’s show featured 1,500 cars, and this year they’re expecting between 1,700 to 1,800! It’s a car lover’s dream with a vast array of vehicles on display. Last year’s show raised an incredible $63,000, showcasing the community’s generous spirit.

The car show’s success is thanks to the hard work of dedicated volunteers. Devin emphasizes that the event is 100% volunteer-driven, highlighting the immense commitment and effort contributed by community members. This sense of community involvement not only ensures the smooth running of the show but also fosters a unique and vibrant atmosphere. It's this collective enthusiasm and teamwork that truly make the event special, creating a memorable experience for all who attend.

Each year, the Tichigan Lake Lions Car Show designates a few "car-show kids" to whom they donate all raffle proceeds to help cover their treatment and costs. This year, the show is proud to sponsor three children. Riley, who is experiencing progressive hearing loss and will be deaf by age 10, Grant, who is battling B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and Chase, born with Myelomeningocele and Chiari II Malformation, and is currently wheelchair-bound.

There are plenty of opportunities for sponsorship and donations. Devin encourages local businesses and individuals to contribute, as every dollar goes directly to supporting the families and initiatives backed by the Tichigan Lake Lions Club. Additionally, 100% of the engine raffle proceeds go directly to supporting the Car Show Kids assisted by the Tichigan Lake Lions Club.

Every year, the Tichigan Lake Lions Car Show features an engine raffle. This year, the grand prize is a 383 Stroker engine. Again, all proceeds from the engine raffle go directly to the Car Show Kids. Tickets are priced at 1 for $10 and 3 for $20. The raffle winner will be drawn on the day of the event. If you enter the raffle and do not want/need the engine your prize can also be $3,000.

The Tichigan Lake Lions Car Show takes place on Sunday August 25th in Waterford, Wisconsin at Waterford Town Park, 8422 Jensen Parkway. The Car show will go from 8AM to 4PM. The Car Show will include many fun things such as live music. There will also be freshly grilled food throughout the Car Show as well as numerous food trucks. Lastly, parking will be free for all attendees, so show up and show up early!
